पांडे ने ओडिशा सरकार और भारत सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों में कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रशासनिक पदों पर कार्य किया है। ओडिशा कैडर के आईएएस अधिकारी को एयर इंडिया की लंबे समय से प्रतीक्षित बिक्री को सफलतापूर्वक अंतिम रूप देने और भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम (एलआईसी) की सार्वजनिक लिस्टिंग की निगरानी जैसी महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धियों के लिए जाना जाता है। यहां उनके शानदार करियर पर एक नज़र डाली गई है।
